Katie Osumi has shared her love of fitness and health with her students for over 10 years. She has taught many forms of exercise including pilates, indoor cycling, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. She is certified by Ace, STOTT, Schwinn, LeMond, and Spinning. Katie’s clientele includes professional athletes as well as post-cardiac patients.
